If you use Facebook and we do a lot more than our forum, please get in touch with Crusher Ferret, he should be able to steer in the right direction of a ferret knowledgeable vet closer to home. I'm British so understand the frustrations of finding a vet who knows one end of a ferret from the other. British ferrets are healthier though so you should no need one as often as the North American ferrets who are farmed.
