Well, we bought our FN cage a couple months back and now that the furries are adjusted we have 2 older cages. Not sure how to go about donating them or if the rescue wants them. But give me a reply or a pm if interested.

I just looked up the image on the PetSmart website. We have 2 of these. The first is a little warped. The lady we adopted ours from said the ferret she had adopted came in the cage and she had done something to it (think she said she had another large cage or something on top which bent the frame). But it still servers as a cage. Both cages have a hole cut in the top level which was used to join the two cages after they bought their second ferret so they'd have more room to move.

With the holes in the side they don't currently rank as a permanent residence for ferrets in my opinion unless putting the two cages together. But with some effort on the holes on the top level they can be made into a half decent home again. Also the wire floors likely need covering to resemble something comfortable (we bought $5 in fabric from walmart to create flooring while the ferrets were still living in there).

To make donations to the Ferret Rescue Society, just Contact Us via our contact form.  We normally only use these cages for showing ferrets at the frolics.  If anyone else wants them, you should be able to patch the holes using zip ties and some metal mesh from the hardware store.
