Nate and Gizmo are small, alert ferrets. They like to check out what you're doing and what socks or gloves they might cache away safely in a special corner. They dook and dash about in delight when you swirl a teatowel at them. Nate was frail, suspected of having adrenal problems, but is now lithe and strong with no signs of ill-health. Gizmo is deaf, but she connects with you speakingly eye to eye. Neither nips at all anymore. They have not mixed well with any other ferrets, beating up and chasing even great big ones. They must be adopted together.
